DELHI RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT     PROCEDURE (For obtaning Information of Delhi RTI Act):

1. Necessary form 'A' (Download)for seeking the information may be obtained from the information centre.
2. Request fee or Rs. 50 for seeking information to be deposited with the Cashier, Accounts Branch,Development Department, 2nd floor, 5/9 Under Hill Road, Delhi - 54.
3. Please deposit form 'A' with Xerox copy of the receipt of Rs. 50 at the information counter and obtain acknowledgement receipt duly signed.
4. Normally the information will be supplied within fifteen days and I any case within thirty days of the receipt of the application.
5. Appeal against the rejection of the application may be filed before the Secretary Public Grievance Commission, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, 'M' block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi – 2, in (Download Form 'E') available at the information countered within 30 days of the receipt of the rejection order in form C.
